Delivery, installation & support
Engineering and project planning begin. This covers the detailed preparation of the machines and the line layout, and leads on to manufacturing, testing, delivery, and installation.
Yes. Drawings are provided. These support the preparation of the installation area, including utilities and foundations, which need to be ready before the equipment is delivered.
Usually yes. A Factory Acceptance Test is normally carried out before shipment, and a Site Acceptance Test can also be included as part of the project.
Yes. Customers can attend the Factory Acceptance Test, which is normally carried out before the equipment is shipped, so the machine can be seen running before it leaves the factory.
Depending on machine size and destination. Shipping arrangements are made to suit the equipment being delivered and where it is going, as PROCAN supplies machines worldwide.
Utilities, foundations, and installation area preparation. Utilities typically include electricity, compressed air, cooling water, and network connectivity, and drawings are provided to support this preparation.
Yes. PROCAN provides installation supervision, and this is available worldwide. It is normally combined with commissioning support and can include operator and maintenance training.
Yes. PROCAN provides commissioning support, worldwide and alongside installation supervision. A Site Acceptance Test can also be included as part of the project.
Can be included. Operator and maintenance training is arranged with machine installations, so staff are trained on the equipment as part of the project rather than separately.
Spare parts, remote support, technical assistance, upgrades, and maintenance services. Original spare parts are available for supported equipment, and remote support is possible where the required communication hardware is fitted.
